Don’t miss the 120-foot tall rainbow art installation greeting visitors on NE Civic.
Southwest Neighborhood
This quiet residential area offers a laid-back pace and community feel. Enjoy the walking trails circling Johnson Creek or picnic in one of the neighborhood parks. Southwest is also home to several historic farms open for tours, like Kennell Farmstead and Powell Valley Farm. Stop for homemade baked goods and produce at Helvetia Tavern’s country store.
Wilkes East
Get your adrenaline fix at this neighborhood’s highlight, the Portland International Raceway. Pleasant Valley
